Our signature, pure butter icing looks as smooth as fondant but tastes incredible!
For sculptural details, we use everything from homemade rice-krispie treats, modeling chocolate and edible gold leaf, to sugar paste and luster dust for our delicate flowers.
We use just three secret ingredients: butter,
pure vanilla extract and icing sugar. The results
speak for themselves!

BUTTER IS OUR MIDDLE NAME
Made from scratch with fresh eggs, pure butter, Madagascar vanilla-beans, and velvet cake flour; we use only the finest ingredients for your custom cake. We make four classic flavours: Belgian Chocolate (gluten free option available), Lemon, Vanilla Bean and Carrot cake. You might want to consider having each tier of your cake a different flavor at no extra cost.
ZESTY LEMON .
When life gives you lemons, make lemon cake!
This refreshing recipe combines buttermilk,
fresh squeezed lemons and zest to create a
luscious, melt in your mouth cake.
BELGIAN CHOCOLATE .
We combine 100% brute cocoa with 70% couverture
chocolate, whole milk and butter to create custard
that is folded directly into the batter and baked
into a decadent, moist cake.
VANILLA BEAN .
Did you know that vanilla-beans are the seed pods
of an orchid? You can see flecks of vanilla in every
slice of this cake. We scrape the seeds from each
bean and cream them into the batter. Then we
use the pods to infuse the milk creating a
dense, rich flavourful recipe.
